Ridiculously fat

I feel so gross. I have to run tomorrow and I have got to basically stop eating. I can't take it anymore.

You'll still need fuel to run on! Stick SOME fuel in the tank, kthnx. You're not allowed to starve yourself into a heart attack, coz then I'll have to come kick your bony ass.

You're running your ass off, babe. Food is fuel. You need it. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to know you have to eat in order to run how you want... but for the time being, try to stay positive and focus on health and nutrition, rather than numbers.

And thanks for your comment on my blog. I am definitely being cautious with Jason. He has to earn my trust back a bit. I'm basically preparing myself for the worst, while still trying to be open and available. Difficult to maintain...

you run like a motherfucker you've got to eat! Maybe figure out which foods make you feel fat? I try and eat small dense things because I feel lighter with less mass in my stomach, unless I'm like OMG NEED FOOD and then i eat a million romaine hearts.. I feel better (mentally) when I stock up on protein. Energy to burn without the drop off of carbs. Plus more muscle :) Anyway, chin up, you're a longtime runner, I'm sure you'll figure out what to do. xxx

Don't you just love Peri?! I'm sorry you're having such a rough time. If it makes any difference, you're not alone. I feel like I'm travelling 100 miles an hour and going nowhere fucking fast! I just want it all to end already! I wish I could just swallow a magic pill and not care anymore! I'd probably eat myself into a coma and die of clogged arteries! Scary thought! Hang in there, love. We'll get there, eventually! Love you lots and lots as always. :) ♥♥♥

Thank you for leaving yet another wonderful message. It's something I have come to realize as well, and it's serving no purpose in my life other than to hold me back.

Have you considered dancing? I love running too. However, I have also noticed that 3 hours of full-on dancing has really helped...the last time I was this fit was in junior high! My only guess is that dancing, swimming, high-impact total body work out activities a few times a week with healthy eating habits does wonders!

These days I feel happier, even when I have a tiny piece of chocolate. Like food or what I am eating is not really a worry [as I stick to bowls of garbanzo beans]. So it's healthy eating : ). I'm sure you know all of this, but I wanted to share what's working for me!

It shouldn't delay it. The roads closed aren't major routes in/out or to the airport :p Although if the Taieir floods the airport it will probably get rerouted somewhere. Thank goodness it's stopped raining! We only got 1cm yesterday and nothing today :D

I hope your day continued to improve. Running is good and so is fruit! Change takes time. It's our impatience that hamstrings us fastest >.< Deep breath and rock on. You're amazing, just remember that.
