My weight is up again - too embarrassing to post. I feel terribly about myself and I couldn't run yesterday because of my stupid foot. My mom thinks it is a stress fracture.
Luckily, I am going to the gym this morning, even though it snowed last night and the roads are crappy. I need to burn off some of this gross fat that is plaguing my body.
No solid food today. No solid food until I am properly down to 128.
Sorry for the grumpy post, I just feel like crap today.
Thank you for the positive comments yesterday - I will get my lame bum to commenting when I return fro the gym.

We always take and twist the comments people make...even though he is joking, I can feel your frustration.
It's just phase though and your weight will soon be down again...try to stay positive and think about how much you've accomplished already. It's frustrating yes, but it'll pass soon enough.
Do something nice for yourself...just to cheer you up a little. :)
I'll bet that gain has everything to do with your ankle! I really hope it heals up soon.

I hope you're feeling better tomorrow, dear. And I hope your ankle gets better, that sucks about the gain... but I'm sure once your ankles heal you'll get back into it.
