Sidelined by a bit of tendonitis AGAIN.
Fatter than ever.
How is training for a marathon NOT an obvious and easy way to lose weight?
Since I am taking a rest day from running, I think I will take a rest day from food too.

Moi
- désespérée de maigrir
- I hate: my weight. I love: being a vegetarian, France, tulips & poppies, anything by Paul Coehlo, baby animals, gin, knitting, dresses, kirs, cake decorating, Johnny Swim & Matt Nathanson, running, Casablanca, my best friends and family, and an amazing French man who makes everything in this world so much easier to take on

Hope your injured tendon gets better soon! <3
Building nice running muscles? (Muscle weighs more than fat) Also training can cause a little water retention as your body hold back fluid to help heal after a hard workout. It'll go away again after the fluid isn't needed.
When an athlete, measurements>weight as a training tool. (Even for bodybuilding!)
ARGH STUPID TENDONITIS!! GO AWAAAAY!!
Don't forget to stay hydrated today, love.
