The good, the bad, and the ugly

The good: I gave my blog a nice makeover.  I think the new theme is quite pretty, not perfect, but sufficient.

The bad: Today is my rest day, so no running - and my room is a disaster, trying to pack - and I miss Juan so freaking much - and I am so heavy (mid-day weight 139.8).

The ugly: I just tried to purge whatever lunch might be in my stomach.  I turned on the tap in the sink and the bath, got my toothbrush, and only managed to bring up a teeny bit of watermelon.  My fast begins now.  I have to take control of this.

I'm 12 hours in to my liquid fast (including overnight lol) and only coffee so far.

We can do it!

I love your new blog layout! I hope you get your room cleaned and everything packed- a messy room can definitely add to one's frustration levels. I'm sorry to hear about your unsuccessful purge- though watermelon is really low in calories so you can burn it off in no time. I wish you the best of luck on your fast! I need to fast too- like REALLY need too. I hope your week is a nice one ♥

Sorry about the Bad and the Ugly. :( Those rest days can be tough, but it's definitely important to let ourselves recharge and junk.
