I ran 4.5 miles this morning, and did my first mile (which is basically entirely up-hill) in 9.5 minutes! I am feeling strong and inspired this morning - which is great, since Adeline and I are fasting together today.
128.8 after my run - I should have weighed before, but I knew it would be a bigger confidence booster is I weighed after.
Again, thank you all for the kindest of kind words about my photos. You are all so sweet and please do not be envious of me. I have so much work to do, but I promise not to let you down.
